The website describes our property management, flexible rental and serviced accommodation services and the homes we look after in England, Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates. It is provided for general information.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a landlord enquiry or stay request does not create a contract. Nothing can be booked online at present: we reply with availability and details, and any stay or management arrangement is confirmed with you separately and in writing before it begins. Availability, scope and fees are agreed individually.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the website accurate, but descriptions, photographs and availability may change and are not a guarantee. Some photographs have been enhanced or are illustrative; imagery on guest and location pages shows the kind of stay or place and does not necessarily depict a specific Ayda Stays home. Please check any detail that matters to you with us before you decide.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and only to send us genuine enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The content and design of the website, including our name, logo and text, belong to Ayda Stays or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
