Insurance Accommodation
Responsive serviced accommodation for households displaced by an insured event, with clear communication for policyholders and loss adjusters while repairs and claims are resolved.
When home is not an option
A fire, a flood or a major repair can turn a household upside down overnight. Policyholders need somewhere comfortable and familiar to stay, and loss adjusters need a provider who responds clearly and quickly. Ayda Stays offers serviced accommodation designed for that moment, with homes that feel settled rather than temporary and a team that understands the pressure on everyone involved. Each placement is handled with discretion.
Why choose us
Speed and clarity matter most in insurance placements. We respond promptly to enquiries, confirm what is available in plain language and keep everyone informed, whether you are the loss adjuster arranging cover or the household moving in. Because we operate flexibly, we can also adapt when a repair programme changes.
What is included
Each home is prepared and presented to a premium standard before the household arrives, with a team on hand throughout the stay. Details such as bedrooms, kitchen facilities, laundry and parking vary by home, so we confirm exactly what each one offers, which helps loss adjusters match a placement to a household’s needs. We can also agree who receives confirmations and updates during the stay.

Staying close to home
Many households want to remain near their own property, their children’s school and their usual routine. Tell us the area of the insured home and any places the household needs to reach regularly, and we will look for accommodation within a sensible distance. Loss adjusters can also share any distance limits set by the policy, and we will keep those in mind.
Tell us what you need →Where we host insurance placements
Our insurance placements are currently in England, in Northwood on the north-western edge of London, which suits households displaced from homes across west London and the surrounding area.

How a request works

We reply with what is available
An honest answer about the homes that suit your dates and group, with the details confirmed rather than assumed.
Book direct with the team
Dates, arrival and house arrangements agreed in one conversation with the people who look after the home.

Flexible while repairs take their course
Repair timelines rarely run to plan. Drying takes longer than expected, materials are delayed or further works are found, and the household needs somewhere to stay throughout. We build our arrangements to cope with that uncertainty, so stays can be extended where availability allows, and we will tell you early if a home is not free beyond a certain date.
Questions we are often asked
How quickly can accommodation be arranged?
Availability depends on the home and the dates, so we cannot promise a fixed timescale. What we can promise is a prompt response: send us the household size, the area and the date you need, and we will confirm what we can offer as soon as possible.
Can loss adjusters book on behalf of policyholders?
Yes. Loss adjusters and insurers are welcome to arrange accommodation on behalf of a household. Tell us who the guest is, who the main contact will be and where confirmations should be sent, and we will keep communication clear for everyone involved.
How are insurance placements paid for?
Insurance placements often involve direct payment arrangements, so we will discuss billing with you at the outset. Tell us how your organisation prefers to settle accounts and which reference details you need on paperwork.
Can the whole household stay together?
We aim to keep households together wherever we can. Tell us how many adults and children are staying, and whether anyone has specific needs, and we will recommend homes of a suitable size, honestly, so nothing feels cramped.
What if repairs take longer than expected?
Tell us as soon as the repair programme changes, ideally with the loss adjuster’s updated estimate. We will look at availability beyond the original dates and confirm an extension where possible, or discuss alternatives early.
