• Landlord enquiries, your name, phone number and email address, the property's address or postcode, and details about the property and your plans that you enter in the form.
• Stay requests, your name, email address and phone number (if you give one), where and when you would like to stay, how many people are travelling, the reason for your stay and any notes you add.
• Email and WhatsApp, if you contact us at info@aydastays.com or through the WhatsApp link, we receive the details you include in your message, such as your name and number.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, tell you what is available for your dates and manage the conversation that follows. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who handles it

The enquiry forms send your answers to our website platform, Wix, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Wix also hosts this website and processes technical data needed to deliver it. If you message us on WhatsApp, that service's own privacy terms apply to the message.

Cookies and similar storage

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a small note on your device so that the homepage introduction animation plays only once; it contains no personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email info@aydastays.com.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep reasonable business records. The specific retention period is still to be confirmed.
