Location and site access
The right location can save a contractor an hour a day. When you enquire, tell us the address or postcode of the site and your usual start time, and we will suggest the home best placed for your journey. Consider the route as well as the distance: how you will travel in the morning, where a van or car will be parked and how easily you can reach a supplier or head home at the weekend.

Flexible stays for changing projects
Project timelines move, and your accommodation should be able to move with them. Whether a job runs a fortnight longer than planned or finishes early, we will work with you to adjust dates where we can, and we will tell you plainly where we cannot. Longer stays are welcome, and small teams can discuss arrangements across more than one home.

What is the minimum stay for contractor bookings?
Stay lengths vary by home and by season, so we agree them with you directly rather than applying one rule to every booking. Longer project stays are a core part of what we offer, and we are happy to talk through shorter ones too.
Can I book more than one home for my team?
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling, who will be sharing and where the site is, and we will suggest a combination that suits the group. The earlier you get in touch, the more choice we can usually offer.
Can my employer be invoiced for my stay?
Billing needs differ between companies, so please tell us what yours requires when you enquire. We will confirm the arrangements we can offer before you book, so there are no surprises on payment or paperwork.
Do the homes have parking and WiFi?
It depends on the home, which is why we confirm both before you commit. Ask us about the specific home you are considering and we will give you a straight answer. If a home does not meet your needs, we will say so and look for a better match.
Can I extend my stay if the project overruns?
Often, yes, provided the home is not already reserved after your original dates. Give us as much warning as you can when the schedule starts to slip, and we will check the diary straight away.
