We work with landlords through property management, flexible rental and serviced accommodation, and we welcome guests who book direct. Every conversation starts with how your property is used today and where you want it to go next.
Which areas do you cover?
Landlord services are available for properties in Dubai, Northwood and Kyrenia (Girne), and landlords with properties elsewhere are welcome to enquire. For guests, our homes are in Kyrenia (Girne) in Northern Cyprus, Dubai and England.
What is the difference between your three landlord services?
Property management hands over the day-to-day running of a short-stay property, flexible rental moves a property from a fixed let to a more flexible model, and serviced accommodation presents it as a fully prepared home for guests. If another model would suit your property better, we will say so.
How are fees agreed?
Fees depend on the scope of management, the property and the location, so we agree them with you in writing before anything begins. Book a call and we will explain the options clearly, with no obligation.
What happens after I enquire?
We come back to arrange a short call at a time that works for you. On the call we will ask about the property, explain how it would work and answer your questions plainly, with no obligation and no pressure to decide anything.
