Can stays be invoiced to the company?
Many companies prefer to pay by invoice rather than by card, and we are happy to discuss this. Tell us your requirements when you enquire and we will confirm the payment options available, including any purchase order details.
Is there space to work in the home?
Workspace differs from one home to another. Tell us what you need, such as a dedicated desk, a quiet room or reliable WiFi for video calls, and we will confirm which homes offer it before you book.
Can I book accommodation for a colleague?
Assistants, HR teams and travel coordinators are welcome to book on behalf of colleagues. Provide the guest’s name, dates and any requirements, and tell us who should receive confirmations and who we should contact about arrival.
How long can corporate guests stay?
Stay lengths are flexible and depend on the home and the time of year. Short business trips and longer placements are both welcome, and we will confirm what is available once we know your dates.
